We’re Kardi AI Technologies, a Czech healthtech startup transforming how heart care works. We’ve developed a certified medical device for long-term ECG monitoring that patients can use comfortably at home, with every heartbeat analyzed by AI. Our technology has already helped save more than 300 lives in the Czech Republic, and now we are expanding to new markets.

To support our growth in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), we’re looking for a Sales Manager for the CEE region who will help us grow in Poland, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria and build strong relationships with distributors and healthcare partners.

This role is ideal for someone who knows the medical device market, understands how to work with distributors, and enjoys building new markets from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop our business in Poland, Romania and Bulgaria
  • Identify and onboard local distributors and commercial partners
  • Build relationships with hospitals, cardiologists and key healthcare stakeholders
  • Support distributors with sales activities, product training and presentations
  • Work on tenders and key customer opportunities
  • Track sales performance and identify new opportunities in the region
  • Collaborate with our marketing, product and regulatory teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–6 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology
  • Experience working with distributors in the healthcare sector
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare market in Poland, Romania or Bulgaria
  • Ideally existing contacts with distributors or key healthcare players
  • Hands-on, proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel across the region (around 30–40%)

Regional Sales Manager – CEE (Medical Devices)

This role will initially focus on CEE markets, with the opportunity to take on a broader international role as we expand further.
